Prakash Foundation was born from a simple conviction: that access to education, opportunity, and dignity is not a privilege — it is a right. We work at the ground level, in the communities that need us most, building programs that create self-reliance and lasting transformation.
Every initiative is co-designed with the communities we serve, ensuring relevance, ownership, and sustainability.
We believe donors and partners deserve clarity. Our operations and impact are openly shared and independently verified.

Our mission is to empower marginalized communities through education, livelihood support, and social advocacy — building a more equitable and self-reliant India, one community at a time.
Bridging the education gap by supporting learners from underserved backgrounds with resources, mentorship, and pathway programs that open doors to higher opportunity.
Equipping youth and adults with market-relevant skills — from digital literacy to vocational trades — through structured programs in partnership with industry and government bodies.
Championing gender equity through awareness campaigns, self-help group support, legal literacy, and entrepreneurship training tailored for women in rural and semi-urban areas.
Organizing health camps, awareness drives, and hygiene education to improve preventive healthcare access in communities where formal services remain scarce.
Promoting sustainable practices through tree plantation drives, waste management awareness, and engaging local youth as stewards of their natural environment.
Working with village panchayats and local leaders on infrastructure, water conservation, and livelihood enhancement to uplift entire village ecosystems.
What We Do
Each program is built around evidence, local insight, and long-term thinking. We measure success not by the number of events we hold, but by the lives that are durably improved.
Scholarship support, after-school tutoring centers, and digital device access for students in Classes VI–XII who are at risk of dropping out due to economic barriers.
EducationCertified vocational training in tailoring, electrical work, computer operations, and allied trades, with placement linkages and entrepreneurship mentoring post-completion.
LivelihoodsA holistic program for women covering financial literacy, legal awareness, self-defence workshops, and SHG linkage to help women lead, earn, and advocate for themselves.
EmpowermentYouth-led environmental clubs, annual plantation drives, and plastic-free village campaigns creating environmental stewards within school and college communities.
